Key Idea: There are several ways to notify and share your Client Galleries. You can access email, text, social media and the Client Access Page from the Event Dashboard.
Pro Tip: Add the Client Access Page to your website for easy access to your sample galleries or clients galleries. It’s a great way for venues to promote your work and clients to share their galleries directly from your website. Click here to learn how.
- First, go to the Event Dashboard and click "Share."
- From the Share menu, select the share method you want to use.
Email Sharing is easy. Select Email, type in your clients email address and click "Send Now". You can customize the email and save it as a template for easy access from all your galleries. Click here to learn more.
Enter your client's phone number to send them a text message with a link to their image gallery. Standard carrier rates may apply.
Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest)
This is a great way to get the word out to a lot of guests. When using one of the share-to-social media links, a post is automatically set up with the feature photo, your studio branding and an optional custom message.
Client Access Page
This is your personalized client portal. Create a button on your website, such as "Login" or "Client Galleries", to use the direct link, or use the "Embed Code" for a seamless access point through your website. Click here to learn how.
Anytime you need quick access to an image gallery, the direct link is always available to simply copy and paste into a new browser tab, or into an email to a client or vendor.
If you have set up a custom domain, you can create a Short URL for convenience. For example, galleries.MyStudio.com/RossFamily. Click here to learn how.
Pro Tip: Pre-Post galleries have a "Coming Soon Page" which this same direct link will lead to anytime before the image gallery is published. Use this page to professionally gather email address on-site of guests you photograph. All email addresses will automatically be stored in the email sharing section for notification when the gallery is published.
