Order in time for the holidays! 

To help you plan ahead, and set expectations for your clients, we have put together some dates that will help ensure packages arrive in time for your holiday and Christmas deadlines. These dates are when we need to receive your orders to allow for possible irregular and slower deliveries from shipping carriers during the holiday season. 

Our products will continue to be produced and shipped at our normal service times throughout the holiday season.

TIP: It is important to calculate the shipping transit time when placing your orders. 

This holiday schedule is based on FedEx 2day and FedEx Standard Overnight services, for delivery to you by Friday, December 20th.  Please place your orders before 9am EST on the dates indicated. These FedEx service times do not include Saturday or Sunday or include delivery times for USPS.

We encourage you to order early, even before our deadline dates, to ensure delivery by shipping carriers for the holidays. And don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns, questions, or suggestions.

Only FedEx 2day and Overnight are available for albums, not FedEx Ground.

CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES 

• November 30: Design order and images must be submitted for all album or book types.
• December 13: Designs must be approved.
  *Orders submitted or approved late may incur a 100% rush fee.
