When ordering anything through N-Vu ROES, the checkout process will take place in the web cart, which will automatically open in a browser. If the web cart does not load automatically or if you are unsure whether or not you completed your order, you can manually log into your web cart to double check whether your order is waiting to be check out.
To do this:
Log into your Admin Area and immediate scroll to the bottom of your home page > under Quick Links, click ROES CART. Here you will see if there is an outstanding order or if the cart is empty.
If the cart is empty, you may also check your orders to verify that your recent order is listed in the Summary or Activity section.
