How to Customize Email Notifications for Client Galleries

Once you have published a gallery you are ready to share it with your clients and other guests. The most common way to invite others to view photos is by email. N-Vu provides a pre-written template that includes the gallery title, a friendly message and a direct login button, which you can send as-is or further personalize. Additionally, you can create and save multiple templates for various event types. 

Here are step-by-step instructions on how to preview and Customize the N-Vu Email and how to Save Your Own Template. 

Customize Email

2. Below the N-Vu Email section click “Send or Schedule”.

   Subject Choose from our menu of spam-tested email subject or customize your own Headline Customize a welcoming greeting Body Personalize a message for your quotes and any other important information Call to Action button This button takes guests right into their gallery, no login necessary. Have fun with it! Digital Download PIN If you allow free download with a PIN, this setting includes the PIN in the email.  Feature photo All email notifications include the feature photo but you disable this option for an event with many guests. Marketing message Show or hide N-Vu’s marketing message to promote photos purchases as gifts. Reminder emails N-Vu sends two email reminders to all guests who have logged on to the gallery. The first is sent halfway through the lifecycle of the gallery and third  alerts guests three days before expiration. You can disable these two emails or leave them on by default.

5. Save your changes
6. Return to the previous screen by clicking “Sharing” (top-left side of settings panel)
7. Check off the email address(s) you want to email and click Send Now or Schedule emails to send automatically at a later time.

Pro tip: For weddings, schedule the bride’s email to send before the rest of the guests’.

Create and Save a Template
