How To Download Your Images, Client Ratings And Favorites

Key Idea: Whether you're on the go or you’re missing an image, N-Vu allows you to easily download from your admin area, to keep working no matter where you are. Here’s how.

1. Starting from your Gallery Listing page, click “Edit” alongside the gallery containing the image(s) you need.

2. When you arrive at your dashboard, click on the "Images" tab to access the Image Organizer.

3. Once your image thumbnails load, select the folder you want to download (or you can select individual images or All Images), then click the download icon above and select whether you want to do “Download Images” or "Download filenames" to filter in Lightroom.

When downloading a group of images (such as a favorites folder), we offer the option to preserve the current sort order, in other words, you can keep images arranged in the order organized the client, not necessarily in filename order.

With a single click, you can copy all of the filenames, separated by commas. Or you can download a .csv file if you needed.

Using the text filter, sort by "filename" and "contains" and then paste the copied filenames into the search field.
