How To Add Image Galleries on My Studio Website

Key Idea: The Gallery Manager page allows you to organize your galleries into collections. Collections help you group galleries for display on your Client Access Page. You may embed your Client Access Page in your business website, or use it as a stand alone page.

Gallery Manager Collections

Gallery Collections are a way to organize your galleries. Take these steps to create and organize your Collections.

1. From Gallery Manager, there is a left hand navigation area called Gallery Library to manage Collections. Select “Create” to create and name a Collection.

2. Complete the Create Collection modal to customize a new collection. You can use the custom URL to share a link for a specific collection.

3. Organize your Collections: Sort your Collections to your desired order by dragging the Collection to the position where you want it to be.

4. Populate Collections with Galleries: Move your galleries into the desired Collection. Begin by using the checkbox to select the galleries you want to move. Then click on the handle immediately to the left of the checkbox and drag the galleries into the Collection where you want them to be. Use Private collection (second in the Gallery Library list) to keep a gallery from showing on your Client Access Page.

The Gallery Manager page has a tour that shows how to manage Collections. To activate the Tour, go to the Help menu in the upper right corner and select Tour.

Client Access Page

Gallery Collections will affect how your Collections and Galleries show on your Client Access Page. You can embed the Client Access Page in most websites, or use it as a standalone web page. To use the Client Access Page as a standalone page, follow these steps:

1. Select Client Access Page from the Gallery Manager

2. Select the Link tab. From here you can customize the look and feel of your Client Access Page and share your Client Access Page web address.

 To embed the Client Access Page on your website, follow these steps:

1. Select Client Access Page from the Gallery Manager

2. Copy the embed code so that it can be embedded into your target website. Paste the embed code anywhere in the Body Tag of your target website homepage.

You are done! Your client galleries will now be kept in sync with your Gallery Manager collections on your business website.
