Keep Working While Your Images Are Uploading

Two truly valuable features to save you time.

Key Idea: Upload speed can vary. Now you can configure settings, schedule publish and automate email notifications even before your images have fully uploaded, saving you from having to wait for your upload to complete.

Configure settings while uploading

While your images are uploading you can configure settings. A widget in the bottom right corner will keep track of your upload progress while you move ahead by clicking Setup for either your IPS session or Client Gallery... no need to stay glued to your Event Dashboard.

Schedule publish and notifications

Schedule your Client Gallery to publish automatically and automate sending the email notification.

1. Click the "Unpublished" dropdown menu above the top right corner of your Client Gallery preview and you will see the option to "Schedule Publish" at the bottom of the menu.

2. Then click "Share" > "Send or Schedule".

3. Add Email address(es) then select the email address(es) and "Schedule Send" for after the gallery is published.
