How To Set Up A Pre-Post / Coming Soon Gallery

Key Idea: Pre-Post galleries have a "Coming Soon Page" which allows you to share the direct link with clients before the image gallery is published. Use this page to professionally gather email addresses on-site of guests you photograph. Email addresses will automatically be stored in the email sharing section for notification when the gallery is published.

1. Click the “Create” button in the upper right corner of the admin and select “Client Gallery”

   

    

2. Name your Event (This is the Gallery Username) and click “Next Step”

   

    

3. In the Add Images window, select the option to “Upload Later”

   

    

4. In the Dashboard, click the Pre-Post “Coming Soon” Page option and set up the gallery settings.

   

    

5. The gallery status should now be set to “Coming Soon (Pre-Post) and this is ready to share with your clients.

   

    

6. Click the Share button to copy the direct link for the gallery and use this to capture your client’s email addresses. If you prefer to have clients log in manually to the gallery, have them visit www.enjoyphotos.com and enter the Username and Password you have set up for the gallery.

   

    

7. Once the client goes to log into the gallery, they will see the message below and be prompted to leave their email to be notified once the gallery has been published.
