Extend an Event

Key Idea: The Extend Event option allows your client, the consumer, to pay $9.99 to keep a gallery live after the expiration date you set. N-Vu retains the fee paid by the consumer. You may toggle this option ON or OFF in the Access and Security area of the Client Gallery Editor.

Managing Extend Event option for guests

1. Go to Access and Security>Guest Sharing + Options

2. Toggle “Allow guest to extend gallery” ON if you want your guests to be able to extend the gallery. Toggle the setting OFF if you do not want your guest to extend the gallery.

Extending an Event yourself

To extend a published event take these steps. 
1. Edit the Client Gallery and go to Access & Security then select Expiration
2. Set a new date and then click Save.

To extend an expired event take these steps. 
1. From the Event Dashboard, select Extend Event from within the Client Gallery card
2. Set a new date and then click Save.
