Key Idea: The Orders menu provides tools to manage orders made through N-Vu shopping carts. These include client's retail orders from Client Gallery's, IPS Sessions and Apps, your wholesale orders from N-Vu ROES and Album + Book Cart for lab products and subscription purchases . This support document will show how all of the ordering tools work together to help you track orders related to your account.
Overview
1. The Orders Summary screen is a dashboard for the Order Manager. It summarizes the Activity screen, which lists all orders, and Get Paid, which manages your payouts.
Account Credit is your net balance of customer order revenue. This revenue comes from Client Gallery, IPS Session and Mobile App carts.
Account Credit can be used to pay for lab orders, subscription plans or be paid to you in the weekly payout. In this screenshot the amount available for payout is lower than the total of your Account Credit. This difference is due to orders received and not yet processed, and/or money you chose to have held in reserve to pay for lab or subscription invoices.
Recent Activity and Orders Requiring Action are a summary of all of the information in the Activity tab. Learn more about setting statuses for Orders Requiring Action.
2. The Activity Screen displays your orders for the current year and two previous years. Use this screen to find and link to order receipts. Use the search box, or filters to find an order. Click on "View Order Details" or "View Receipt" to see more details about the order. Click "View Related Orders" to view a client order and the lab order(s) placed to fulfill it.
This is an example of Order Details you can view after clicking a "View Receipts" or "View Order Details" from the Activity screen. Order Details provides all the information you need to track, manage an edit your order.
3. The Get Paid screen is where you manage payouts of your Account Credit. Learn how to set up your direct deposit. You can also set an Account Credit Reserve to save up for you next subscription renewal or large product order.
