Key Idea: Whether an IPS Session, a remote IPS Session, or adding a room to a Client Gallery, the Room-Vu Direct feature is a drop dead simple way for clients to add their rooms to an Event. 

How to add a guest room

1. From the IPS or Client Gallery Editor, go to Room-Vu > Guest Rooms

2. From Guest Rooms, send your client a text or email. 

3. Your client will then open the link on their tablet or phone, enter their email and follow onscreen directions. 

Here is what your client will see on their device.

Note: The email is the key that links their room to their Client Gallery session. 

4. Once added, Guest Rooms will appear in the Gallery Editor (left) and the Room-Vu Change Rooms (right) feature.
