What is the difference between Auto Fulfill and Manual Fulfill?

Auto-Fulfillment is a Client Gallery setting that directs N-Vu to immediately fulfill print and download orders. Auto fulfilled items ship within 1-3 business days via USPS ground. Consumers may upgrade to FedEx 2-day. We will send you an email notification when a new order is placed. You can also review order details and track order status from the Activity page of your Orders menu.  

Products eligible for Auto Fulfillment include:

• Prints (all paper types, mounts and finishes)
• Metal Prints
• Gallery Wraps
• Digital Downloads (Learn more about selling digital downloads)

Manual Fulfillment allows you to review and revise orders prior to fulfillment. It is both a setting for your Client Galleries and a requirement for Custom Products. We will send you an email notification when a new order is placed, prompting you to take action on manual fulfill products.

When a Client Gallery is setup with Manual Fulfillment, all orders will be held for review. Go to Orders > Activity to review order details. From here you can adjust crop, swap sizes and upload retouched images.

Use the Fulfill with N-Vu button for the easiest fulfillment path of Auto-Fulfillable products. Watch this video on easy order review. 

Products not eligible for Auto-Fulfill can be ordered manually using N-Vu ‘s ROES or Album Cart. Custom Products and Pro Custom Products can be offered on Auto Fulfillment galleries, but must be manually fulfilled.
